2 tablespoon prepared BBQ seasoning
2 cup Cole slaw mix
1/2 cup prepared Cole slaw dressing
4 hoagie rolls, top split
4 slice cheddar cheese

1. Heat a well-oiled skillet over high heat. Cook the ground chicken until the golden in color, about 10-15 minutes, season with BBQ seasoning and set aside keep warm.
2. Mix the Cole slaw mix and dressing in a mixing bowl, set aside.
3. In the same skillet, toast the tops of the rolls until golden. Remove the rolls and place on a serving platter. Half each slice of cheese and place 2 halves on one side of each roll. Divide and fill with the ground chicken and top with the slaw mixture.
