Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts with rib meat, wheat flour, water, contains 2% or less of the following : brown sugar, caramelized sugar, corn starch, extractives of paprika, fermented rice extract (rice, salt, rice malt), garlic powder, lemon juice solids, maltodextrin, natural flavors, onion powder, palm oil, salt, soybean oil, spice, sugar, tapioca maltodextrin, wheat gluten, yeast, and yeast extract.

Cooking Methods

Bake:

Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Conventional Oven 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Spray baking pan with vegetable oil. 3. Place frozen chicken fillets on baking pan. 4. Heat 20 to 24 minutes, turning fillets over halfway through heating time.

Air Fry:

Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Air Fryer 1. Spray bottom of air fryer with a light coat of vegtable oil, if desired. 2. Arrange frozen fillets in a single layer on bottom tray. 3. Set airfryer to 300°F. 4. Heat fillets for 12 - 14 minutes (no need to preheat air fryer). 5. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
