    3/4 cup (6 ounces) Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast

    1 cup white rice, cooked

    1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained

    2 tablespoons salsa

    2 flour tortillas, warmed to soften

Directions

    1. Prepare chicken according to package directions. Combine chicken, rice and pineapple in medium bowl.

    2. Cover tortillas with damp paper towel and warm in microwave for 5-8 seconds.

    3. Spread salsa on one side of each tortilla. Spoon chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up to enclose filling.
