Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

1.5 cups (12 ounces) Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast

16 ounces cheddar cheese pasta sauce

1/4 cup skim milk

10 ounces frozen broccoli florets, thawed

6 baking potatoes

A meat and potatoes kind of meal, made with meat and potatoes: Grilled & Ready® chicken breast, veggies, and a baked potato. Simple and hearty.

Directions

1. To bake potatoes: scrub thoroughly with a brush. Prick potatoes with a fork. Bake in a 425°F oven for 40-60 minutes or until tender.

2. In a large saucepan combine pasta sauce and milk. Stir in broccoli and chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until heated through.

3. To serve, roll each potato gently under your hand. Using a knife, cut an X in top of each potato. Press in and up on the ends of each potato. Serve sauce over split baked potatoes.
